Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your laser machine or accessory in its original crate or box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Item
Affix the provided RMA shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a pickup or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
